Get Out of Social Media Overwhelm
If you're drawing a mental blank when you open up your social media apps, you need to set aside a couple of hours to develop a plan! Don't try and do your social media on the fly, it's stressful and impossible to be creative when you're under pressure. So, first up clear some time in your schedule for planning and also for creation and posting.
You will feel so much better when you've done this! Get a couple of weeks of social media posts scheduled out and then you'll have time for the all-important interaction on social media which is going to increase engagement for you.

If you're wondering how frequently you should post, then the answer is at least 3 times per week, but really as often as you can realistically and consistently stick to. Consider what is the most important social media channel to you? (Or this can also apply to your digital content in general, it could be that email or blogging is more central to you than social media). Start with creating content for that central channel and then the content for the other channels you choose to be active on will flow from that.
